advise on exporting HDV finished movie file through compressor.

Hi Everyone

I really appreciate the advise of this forum....amazing.

I have a question.

I want to back up the finished movie promo I am working on in HDV so I can store away and use as a finished movie file and burn to disk.

Usually I export from final cut but noticed the export from FCP had a few artifacts it wasn't so good this time.

What do people recommend I set compressor 3 as for export so I get a good quality master movie for my HDV 50i movie project for storage? I may then use this finished movie to export different sized web movies in the future.
