Transferring AVCHD Files to FCP 6.03

Hi Ken,

Help files says to transfer AVCHD files through Log and Capture.. however I'm not seeing how this is done? ...anyone do this? I've downloaded the files onto my hard drive but can't import through "Import". I know AVCHD has to be transcoded through Profiles 422 codec.. First time with AVCHD on my "virginal" MacPro...(brag sorry)..John

Don't Import, you want 'log and Transfer'.
