Printers

I know this is slightly off topic, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who prints on blank DVDs as well as custom DVD inserts. My Epson R200 finally crapped out and I replaced it with an R280. It is fine for the DVDs but it will not print a wide enough area for the DVD insert, like the R200 did.

A. am I missing something - have talked to Epson and researched online, to no avail. Can't get it to print wide enough with Photoshop or Preview.

B. Is there another printer that will do this function? The guys at Circuit City were clueless....

I do not set the insert with the Epson printer I use but with my label program called Discus, a very inexpensive and good label program.
