Aspect ratio

hey guys
I'm printing to tape a video that I edited in Proress sequence, the media originaly was shot on EX3.
I should make a PAL DV tape. but I am confused of weither I should print it as anamorphic? which would lokk fine on the new TV screens (full screen) or make it 4:3 with a letter box!!
I havent done print to tape in a while and I am not sure what to do
is there a setting that the video would look righ on both TV screens? what would that be?

please advise!!!
