DVD Studio Pro -- Size Does Matter

Okay...I ALWAYS get this wrong.

To make a simple autoplay DVD, from FCP I export with Compressor (my timeline
settings are DVCPRO HD).

Then when I get to DVD Studio, I always choose 16:9 letterbox....and my DVD images are
always stretched (like all the people are fat and short, like Hobbits)

What SHOULD I be choosing in DVD Studio for my playable DVD's to have correct
size aspect?

You need to set 16:9 in DVD SP Prefs and then in the Inspector > Menus.
