I forget to place chapter markers while in FCP... How do I in DVDSP?

I forget to add the chapter markers while in FCP as I usually would. I didn't even remember until I chose a template in DVDSP and imported my assets and low and behold... You know the rest. I know I can add chapter markers from within DVDSP, can anyone tell me the quick way to do it?

The same way as in FCP. Click in the gray band above the timeline ruler. When the marker is set, it will show up in the Inspector.
