Drive enclosures?

Hi Ken etal,

My nearly five year old G5, which I'm now retiring, came with an extra 250 gig internal drive that I used for project files backup and various Media such as music, sound effects and other often used elements.

I've replaced the G5 (which was solely used for editing) with an Intel iMac which will also be dedicated to editing. Here's the question:

Can I buy a drive enclosure into which I can put that media drive and use it as an external FW 800 drive? if so I need some buying advice as I know nothing of these "enclosures".

This should work. I can't recommen one particular enclosure, but OWC has a good reputation and you might want to shop there.
