pull wind noise out of lav mics

I'm going to go ahead and hunt around FCP myself, but I was wondering if anyone could give me the shorthand on what frequencies I might want to think about starting with to pull out and reduce some wind noise in a sit-down interview I did.

Wind frequencies are typically toward the lower end ... but instead of EQing, I'd recommend using the noise reduction features of SoundTrack Pro or SoundSoap.
