HDV capturing, mute audio? Basic question, I'm sure

Allright, so this is probably a pretty basic question as i am just trying to learn about HDV and all, but how can i mute the audio during the capture process in FCP? I am capturing as HDV 1080i60 firewire basic and the option that was there in regular DV to not preview the sound is not present in the Clip Settings tab of the Log and Capture window. Is this not possible to do? Do i have to just mute the whole system while I capture now? Why would that be?
