Importing Windows Media from Webex

I am importing Windows Media, about 30 minutes, from a webex screen capture conference on cracking the iphone. The native media frame size is 2176x1200, vid rate is 25fps, the compressor is Windows Media Video 9 Standard. I tried to resize and reconform this in Video Hub so that it would come out close to 720*480, 29.97 fps, and a dv/dvcpro_ NTSC compressor. It went from 225meg to 9 gigs which is fine. But the resolution is terrible. In the sequence I'm building, I need to zoom into the 'Terminal' of the computer. It looks great if I import and create a sequence in the native resolution, but as a test, a one minute output is taking about twenty minutes. I've tried QT pro and am getting the same results. Should I just stick with the native format?
