Exporting to YouTube

Hi Ken Etal:
I use Episode Pro for all of my Flash, H264 & wmv. files to the web. I'm now going to start making files for some of my clients using YouTube. Most of my web designed H264 & Flash files are in the 2 to 3 minute sizes so I generally size to either 240x136 or 320x180 in order to keep the mb's small.

Does anyone have some magic numbers that I should be plugging into my files prior to uploading to YouTube that will give me the best quality results? I loved Phillps white paper Ken on Episode and was just wondering if there is a tutorial on suggested file sizes and numbers.

I was able to Google it and got some pretty amazing results. After I do a lot of experimenting, I'll post the results for you Ken either in a white paper, or just on your site.
