Tivo File Format?

I am using fcp6 and am trying to create the correct file type for my Tivo series 2.
I have tried using Compressor but can't seem to find the right settings.
The file (when downloaded to the tivo box) either does not play or only has sound.
Does anyone know how to set up Compressor to create the right file format?
