De-interlaced filter in APS CS3

Greetings all,

In previous versions of Photoshop there was a FILTER/VIDEO/DE-INTERLACE. I'm using CS3 and I don't see that option. Can someone tell me where the de-interlace filter is in CS3 or is there another replacement/work around filter. Thanks

the menu route you state is the right place to find the de- interlace filter- Im using CS3 (standard not extended) with no added extras and it there where it has always been.
a reinstall of PS might do the trick or a preference trash?
