Re: text question

Hi Everyone,

I'm sure this is a basic fix but i can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I am working in FCP and creating some text in my sequence. When i double click the text clip, and type in my text under controls I am having a problem with the text not fitting in the wireframe in the canvas. In this case i have a long amount of text and first line of text is starting at the center of the square (where the is an x in the wireframe), and what I want to know is how do I move it up to the top so my bottom text will not get cut off?

I'm sure this is easily done so if you could pass that on it would be much appreciated.

If you are working with the Boris 3D title generator you can move the text in the Boris Title control window.

Place your text on your timeline and double-click the text to open it in the Viewer.
Press the Controls tab and click the little cross under Geometry (next to Position X/Y) to activate it.
Now drag your text in your Canvas until it is at the correct position.
