Re: Sparkle effect

Hi Ken,

Do you or anyone know of a simple, generic sparkle effect (like a twinkle) that I could key over a scene? Maybe some kind of plug-in hopefully free. Like the kind you see in TV commercials when there's a sparkle on the product.

I did something already with Motion but I'm not crazy about it. I'll check out the Glint filter.

LiveType has some effects like that. Mess around with it and perhaps you can tweak one to your liking.

Yeah, I know but I work in FCP 7 and my Intel iMac and won't run anything from FCP 6 like LiveType which is a shame. However, I got a decent star/sparkle from Motion 4.
