re:Apple Shake 4.0

Hello out there.
Have a question about Shake 4.0. Wow, this is an awesome package. I've done a few things with it primarily with camera movements and smoothing out video. I'm trying to figure out 2 things. First, how to remove objects out of the video and retaining original scene. Two, is there a way to focus or sharpen images that were shot out of focus. The depth of field was actually reversed. Background is in focus but subject is out of focus. I'm reaching out!
