problem with display video

I have a problem with displaying the video on Facebook , when i click play , the video starts but every 20 frames it stops and immediately starts again, another problem is with the graphic on the display it seems like building it self I do not know if it is a speed problem or memory problem , or the graphic card, anyway i have Imac 2009 and 8 giga memory
