FCP X 10.2.2 Crashes every time It renders Text

I am running FCP X 10.2.2 on a Macbook Pro (El Capitan)

Whenever I try and add any text the whole system crashes (GPU Panic)

iMovie does the same - the app crashes as soon as I click the Text box and scroll through options

I have repaired permissions, check bad fonts, deleted preferences, run just text with no video and opened new library

Apple have suggested I delete and re-install which I will try

Has anyone had this problem before?
