I'll check it out. But I WANT the pixels to look like bricks. I don't want them blurry. I want sharp edges.

EDIT: Just tried Smilla enlarger. It's for photos, not video.

Ahh video. You spoke of Photoshop, like you were trying to scale a small still image, perhaps to display in your video. Good luck with that.
