How do I create a TiVo file using Compressor?

Does anyone know how to set up Compressor to create the right file format?
I am using fcp6 and am trying to create the correct file type for my TiVo series 2.
I have tried using Compressor but can't seem to find the right settings.
The file (when downloaded to the tivo box) either does not play or only has sound.
