Re: FCP Won't launch

I have an iMac and have been running FCP no problem for years. I get this message today: Final Cut Pro requires that your system have 128 MB of VRAM; this system has only 0 MB of VRAM. Final Cut Pro requires that your system have a Quartz Extreme capable video card.

I have OS 10.7.5, 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Any idea?

Hi Chris,

Try this. Hold down the Option, Command, P and R keys and restart your Mac. Continue to hold down the four keys until you hear three start up 'bongs'. Then release the keys.
